commissions

Commission is paid out on the 16th of each month via direct deposit. You will see a deposit into your account from 1561374 Alberta Ltd.

One the 16th, you will also receive a commission statement from Michelle Service itemizing what was paid.

Commissions are received at different times, depending on the supplier. Generally, you can expect that we will receive them the month that the client is travelling. However, some suppliers will pay as soon as the file is paid in full or past the cancellation period. If you are paid immediately on a booking, and the client cancels for refund, the supplier will request a commission call-back, and you will have to pay any commission received on that file back to Go Travel to submit to the supplier. Some suppliers pay quarterly, some after the client returns home. You will get to know which supplier pays as you familiarize yourself in the industry.

We pay up-to-date on everything that is deposited into our account before the 10th of every month to be included in the 16th. If we receive it on the 11th, it will have to go on the next month's payroll - we do need some processing time as these payments have to be reconciled and applied before they can get paid out to agents.
