setting up your email

As part of your monthly service fees, you've been provided access to Google Workspace.

To get started, login and set your email preferences. 

To keep organized, we recommend you create labels/folders for clients and suppliers, and possibly even organize them all by year.

 

It's a good idea to upload a picture of yourself in your account.


Be sure to also set up a signature. This should include all of your contact information, and you may also want to include professional designations or logos.
 

Logos you can use in your signature are found on the Drive here. Be sure to only use an option that applies to your personal professional designation.
